Gun Bill Moved Back One Day

Today, the House Republicans once again provided quorum on the House floor.
The Reps who “boycotted” yesterday to protest rude treatment of one of their members were back.
All but one House Rep in the “boycott” got an excused absence.
SB 243, which was on the schedule for today was moved to tomorrow when HB 3076 is also scheduled to be voted on.
While we are happy for any delay in the process of enacting the left’s agenda, if there is a quorum present when these bills are voted on there is almost no reason to doubt they will pass.
With countless bad bills already passed and billions in taxes still on the table, more and more Oregonians of all interests are calling for the Republicans to deny quorum.
Now is not the time to let up.
Please call the Republican “leaders” and tell them to do whatever they have to to kill these bills.
