Amended 4145 Passes Senate

Today the Oregon Senate passed the amended HB 4145 one day ahead of schedule. The vote was unanimous in favor.

The amended version removes all the bad language and pushes back the implementation date of Mz 114 to January 1. 2028.

The bill was then rushed over to the House where it was placed on the schedule. The House closed up shop for the day without acting on it.

It has now been moved to tomorrow’s schedule. As we are running out of time in this session, anything can happen. We will keep you informed.
