Must take class. Sheriff's Office
or Beaver State Computers offer classes. No appointment
needed for application, you can
pick it up or get it mailed to you. Turn in application
at office and they will do
finger printing and photograph. $65 for first 4
years license and they $50 for renewal, no references
required for renewal. No specific
places not to carry besides the ones taught in
class, but they will send you a list once you get
your permit.
