Concealed
Weapons Permits:
New permit applications and renewals are processed between
10a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Sheriff's
Office at 355 Seventh St., Astoria.
Oregon residents: $50 plus a $15 check or money order
payable to OSBI.
Washington residents: $55 plus a $15 check or money
order payable to OSBI.
New permit applicants are asked to bring two pieces
of identification, proof of competency with a handgun,
and names and addresses of two references unrelated
to the applicant.
Effective FEBRUARY 1, 2004, we will accept Concealed
Handgun License applications from Washington residents
residing in the following counties ONLY:
• Pacific
• Grays Harbor
• Wahkiakum
At this time we will continue with renewals for all
Washington Concealed Handgun License holders.
